The 2015 seminar opened with Sheriff Donald B. Smith welcoming over 100 attendees and recognizing President Bodor for his 30 years of his leadership of the PNWFPA. He was inducted into the Sheriff's Honor Corps an honor reserved for those who have given outstanding service the community and assistance to the sheriff's department. Presenters the first evening were Kent K-9 Officer Vanderwood and his partner Radar who explained his training and abilities of his dog. Putnam County Sheriff's Deputy Quick covered a multitude of issues fire police may encounter when afield.

Part II

After a welcome by Under-Sheriff Peter Convery, New York State Troopers R. A. Deleon and B. A. Sayers from Troop K, gave a presentation on "quick clearance" by all emergency agencies after an emergency on an interstate highway. After the break, former Putnam County Emergency Services, Adam B. Stiebeling presented a program on what responders personally can do to being prepared for emergencies.
